Spring 2022

We are excited to announce the biannual CyberArb Newsletter under CyberArb’s Journal!

The first issue is expected to be published in June 2022. We would like to call for your contributions on any topic related to the intersection between cybersecurity and international arbitration.

We welcome any piece that canvasses and informs our readership of any updates you may have observed in your regions.

The deadline for submitting contributions is 1 May 2022.

The pieces should be prepared according to the author guidelines as below.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

CyberArb Newsletter is a biannual publication, published in June, and December. Its readership comprises of anyone with an interest in the crossover between international arbitration and cybersecurity. 

CyberArb Newsletter features any content that relates to the cyber realm in international arbitration, including, but not limited to, regulatory developments, institutional policies, and court cases or arbitral awards related to cybersecurity and data breaches. Recent developments on cybersecurity from different jurisprudence that may have an impact on international arbitration are very welcome. 

All content submitted must:

– not have been previously published; and

– include the author(s)’s name, email address, firm/affiliation and city/country.

Written content submitted must:

– be between 300-500 words;

– be submitted in MS word format;

– acknowledge all sources, while keeping endnotes and tables to a minimum and hyperlinking to online sources.

Factors for publication include, among others, relevance, timeliness, quality, and consistency with these guidelines.
