We are an initiative with a multidisciplinary and international legal & tech team at the intersection between cybersecurity and international arbitration/ADR. Our team is committed to:
- Raising awareness and providing practical guidance in mitigating cyber-risks.
- Developing practical tools such as roadmaps, annotated procedural order templates, workshops, blog articles, podcasts, and others.
- Promoting a proactive debate to develop best practices and foster an alternative dispute resolution system aligned to the digital era.
Multidisciplinary and international team
By providing a “hands-on” approach, our projects aim to go beyond the theory and focus on practical guidance about cybersecurity in International Arbitration.
In collaboration with different organisations and institutions in International Arbitration/ADR, we provide tailor-made and dynamic training sessions or (e-)conferences. We arrange also interviews with cybersecurity experts to unveil topics of interest.
We elaborate practical material and guidance focus on Arbitration/ADR proceedings, such as infographics explaining measures on cybersecurity, Procedural Order templates, radar of attacks, among others.
We aim to keep you updated and analyse the recent news and developments in the field of Cybersecurity that impact International Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution systems.

She has particular experience in dealing with complex international cases involving IP, IT and corporate issues within various sectors including TMT, Finance, Energy, Sports and Creative (from Film, Fashion, Arts to Video Games) sectors.

He is also a qualified Spanish mediator. Eric holds a master in Cybersecurity at ISDE and a certificate in privacy and data protection from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
